Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "noza78" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to noza78 and its operators, the online gaming platform accessible at https://noza78.pro, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, payment services, and customer support channels.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a noza78 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — the unique registered user profile maintained by noza78 in your name, identified by your chosen username, and associated with your verified Indonesian identity.
• "Balance" — the total amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in your noza78 Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and any net winnings, less any withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins equivalent values, cashback awards, or reload bonuses credited to your Account under a noza78 promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by noza78 before a Member's first withdrawal is processed, involving submission of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and, where applicable, proof of bank account ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which accessing or using noza78 is prohibited under applicable local law or noza78's internal compliance policy.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond noza78's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, government orders, or national banking system disruptions.

Eligibility

Access to and use of noza78 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any noza78 service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent Indonesian court are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of noza78, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing noza78 is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently suspended by noza78 under any prior account.

By completing the noza78 registration process, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or residency is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access noza78's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process via the noza78 Login page, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred username.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active noza78 Account. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. noza78 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your noza78 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted via your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified noza78 of a suspected security breach without undue delay.

3.4 KYC Verification

noza78 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and, in some cases, a selfie holding your KTP. Additional documentation such as proof of bank account ownership may also be requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have that request placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.5 Accuracy of Information

You must promptly notify noza78 of any change to your registered contact information, including your mobile number and email address, by contacting customer support. noza78 is not liable for any loss or missed notification arising from outdated contact details held on your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

noza78 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. noza78 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be matched to the registered Account holder's identity and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. You must have completed KYC verification prior to your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operational hours (22:00–08:00 WIB) will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day. noza78 applies no transaction fees on withdrawals; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own applicable fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

noza78 applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all financial transactions. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an enhanced due diligence review, during which transactions may be temporarily held. noza78 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by noza78 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games or markets, time limit for completion, and maximum withdrawal cap will be stated in each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated time will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

noza78 strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where noza78 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and terminate the Account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

noza78 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Member for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform. No compensation is payable for the withdrawal or modification of any promotion.

Betting Rules

6.1 Game and Market Integrity

All casino games offered on noza78 are sourced from licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each title operates according to its published Return-to-Player (RTP) certificate. noza78 does not control or influence the outcome of any casino game. 6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only accepted and binding once noza78's system has issued a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. noza78 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds arising from a technical fault, or placed on markets that were inadvertently left open after an event has concluded.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or where the relevant market is determined to have been affected by match-fixing or corruption. Voided bets are returned to your noza78 Balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Togel and Numbers Games

The togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on noza78 are sourced from officially recognized draw operators. Payouts are calculated according to the odds displayed at the time the ticket is purchased. noza78 is not liable for any discrepancy between official draw results and results published by third-party sources.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on noza78 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or access the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human interaction.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the noza78 platform, its games, APIs, or payment infrastructure.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any form of coordinated fraudulent wagering activity.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or using false, borrowed, or fabricated personal information.
• Using noza78's payment infrastructure to launder money, finance illegal activities, or circumvent Indonesian financial regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing noza78 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Providing false identity documents during the KYC process or misrepresenting your age, residency, or legal capacity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the noza78 platform — including but not limited to the noza78 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software code, text, and game assets licensed from third-party studios — is the intellectual property of noza78 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any noza78 content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of noza78's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Indonesian and international law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, noza78 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or where you have shared your login details with a third party.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data including sports statistics, live score feeds, or draw results published on the Platform.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings. It is your sole responsibility to determine and satisfy any tax obligations imposed on gambling winnings under Indonesian law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.

Where noza78's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your noza78 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

noza78 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a noza78 Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. noza78 does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your noza78 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any remaining Balance. Accounts with a zero Balance will be closed immediately upon request. Accounts with a positive Balance will be closed after the final withdrawal has been processed and confirmed.

11.2 Termination by noza78

noza78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion — where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the Platform.
• A Member has been found to be ineligible under Clause 2 at any point during their membership.
• noza78 is required to do so by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform's security or financial integrity.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, noza78 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Any Balance determined to have been acquired through fraudulent means will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds will be returned to the verified source payment method after the investigation concludes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which noza78 is incorporated and licensed.

noza78 operates as an international online gaming platform and serves Indonesian residents. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you access the Platform at your own legal risk and responsibility. noza78 makes no representations that the Platform is lawful for use in your specific location beyond stating that it operates under an internationally recognized gaming license.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through noza78's internal customer support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Amendments

noza78 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, noza78 will notify registered members via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the noza78 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.1 before the amended Terms take effect.
